Satori means ‘a sudden enightenment’. In every 2 hour coaching session we promise to create moments of elightenment that will have significant affect on you and your work. We meet every month to talk through what is keeping you up at night, what challenges you are facing, what options are available and most importantly - how you will move things forward.

satori Lab is a process that enables organisations to solve organisational issues through analysis, ideation and testing in the wild. Our experienced facilitators involve people from all areas of the organisation to help develop robust solutions.
The Process: We understand the your needs through discussion and observation, clearly articulate the problem to be solved based on insights gathered, generate a wide range of creative ideas and funnel ideas to identify a plan of practical, impactful solutions. Then we help you build quick, low-fidelity solutions to test ideas in the wild, gather feedback, to help refine based on learnings.

satoriStream is our methodology to analyse the formal and informal communication mechanisms within your organisation - and channel them into one coherent stream that minimises noise and maximises clarity. It involves face to face interviews, surveys and story capture to create a detailed map of what gets said and how communications flow.
We then offer solutions to minimise noise, maximise clarity of message, and channel the communication stream to improve organisational effectiveness and engagement.
